Welcome To
Re-Elect Hilda Sugarman!
I am both humbled and honored to have represented you on the Fullerton School Board for these many years. My experiences as a parent, teacher, and homeowner guides my commitment to our schools. Every child deserves a quality eduction that aligns with our shared values. If I am re-elected, I pledge to continuing to honor that commitment.
I am blessed by the endorsements of Congresswoman Michelle Steel, Senator Josh Newman, Pastor Caleb Beller and the Fullerton Elementary Teachers Association. I am also honored to have been recognized for innovation, impact, and leadership in education by the Orange County Human Relations Commission, Parent-Teacher Associations, the California State Assembly, the Orange County School Board Association, and the Fullerton Chamber of Commerce.
I am committed to our students and ensuring they have excellent teachers, innovative technology, and access to critical programs. For Instance, I helped to expand our district's art education, I have helped create an innovative sports academy, and have given my full support of a vocational training program through which students have built a Tiny House for a homeless family. I have also fostered dual language programs in Korean and Spanish and have overseen an expansion of mental and physical health services for our students.
Your ongoing support will enable me to continue to fight for the quality education that our students and our community deserve.
I ask for your vote in the upcoming election. Together, we will shape a brighter future for our children and city.

Taking The Oath
My Oath
Elected officials swear an oath to defend the constitution as this video has just shown, and I take that oath most seriously.
However, I make another oath to you now. If you choose to re-elect me, every decision I make as a member of the Fullerton School Board will be made with just one criteria in mind: will this decision add to the educational experience of our students and contribute to their well being.
